If you’re here to feel seen & heard, you’re in the right place.
So many clients start therapy with big questions:
How do I stop feeling on edge or numb? How do I stop avoiding things without feeling overwhelmed? Why do I keep reacting this way, even when I know better?
I’m here to help.
My name is Lacey Vogel (she/her), and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Boston. I founded LV Mental Health Counseling after a decade working in eating disorder treatment centers.
I approach my work with compassion and curiosity, recognizing that we often develop coping strategies to feel safer or regain a sense of control — especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
I specialize in:
Eating disorders & disordered eating
Trauma
Athletes
Anxiety
Relationship issues
Practice Offerings
I offer over a decade of experience in eating disorder and trauma care.
I love being a therapist and an educator and am passionate about sharing my expertise. Whether you are a new client seeking the right therapeutic fit, a clinician looking for supervision, or an organization looking for staff trainings — I am here to help.
“Lacey has the rare ability to truly see and understand me in ways I never imagined anyone could.”
